Who must become a group admin
To: All group members and admin
As what was been specified in this blog that no non-catholic would be accepted to become admin since this is an all catholic group that is open to all. But the exemption would be eventhough they are not to be admitted to become one of the admin yet they are permitted to become an observer. There can be two non-catholic observer in the group. They will represent their church in this group. But they are not exempted from the rules nor from the disciplinary actions since the rules and disciplinary actions are binding to all except the group spiritual director and creator. The admin will choose two among the non-catholic members and they will present the name of the persons chosen before the group creator. Then the group creator will decide who will be the two who will be chosen as the group observer. The group observer will not be placed under the jurisdiction of the lower admin with the exemption of the group service controller, manager and prefect of discipline, they are directly answerable before the group overall director, assistant director and group creator. They are not permitted to use the admin's blog but they are only permitted to use the member's blog. They are the one's who will supervise their non-catholic colleagues, if some of their colleagues violated the rules, they must reprimand them and correct them if their colleagues do not listen to them but still persists then they must report it to the group admin for proper disciplinary action, they can intervene for their collegues but it would be at the discretion of the admin if their request would be accepted or not if the violators would be spared or not from being punished. But if they themselves are the ones who supported the violators then the admin will report it before the concerned authorities and this guilty observers would be punished with the proper disciplinary action, if they apologize then no punishment would be given. This is for the good of the group in order to maintain order, discipline and justice among the members. So that they will have a voice before the group.

Group Admin Officers
The group entitled 'The Roman Catholic Church is also a Persecuted Church' is an all catholic group supervised by catholic admin from all walks of life. The highest of them is the group creator with the exemption of the group spiritual director. The following positions are the following:
Group Spiritual Director
The group spiritual director is the group’s spiritual father. He is concerned with the spiritual guidance of the group. He is not under the jurisdiction of the group admin or group creator, even though the group creator is the highest authority on the group, the group spiritual director is independent of his jurisdiction and is above the group creator. The group spiritual director is subject to no one and can be judge by no one. He has all the freedom in functioning his position.
Group Creator
The group creator is the highest official of the group and according to the position’s name, he is the one who created the group. With the exemption of the Spiritual Director, the group creator will always be the highest authority of the group. He entrusts the management of the group to the group admin and in cases wherein the admin is not united in an agreement, the group creator will intervene in such matters. The group creator can do anything he want to the group, he can remove the group or de-activate it. He is in full control of the group. He appoints his own successor. All transactions in the group needs the approval of the group creator.
Overall Director
The group overall director is the group president, he supervises the whole group but under the control of the group creator. The group creator appoints him as the overall president in charge of leading and managing the group and in giving disciplinary actions. He is answerable to the group creator, and all group admin and members . He also supervises all the admin and chooses new admin.
Assistant Director
The group assistant director is the group vice president, he/she helps the overall director in managing the group. He/she will look if the rules are been followed and discipline being enforced, he also manages all the admin. He/she is answerable both to the group creator, group overall director and all group admin and members. If in case the overall director neglects to do his duty it would be the assistant director to take his place.
Prefect of Discipline
The group Prefect of Discipline is the one responsible and concerned in maintaining order to the group and will look if the rules are observed and is the one to execute disciplinary actions for those who violate the rules.
Apologist Commissioner
The group apologist commissioner is the one who will maintain the right flow of discussion on the discussion board and other parts of the group.
Chief Admin
The Chief admin is the spokesperson of all the admin, he will report to the overall director and assistant director the suggestions and comment of the group, he is the senior admin. He also assists the other admin in doing their task, he is also the admin's representative.
Manager
The group manager is the one who is responsible in maintaining order to the group and also he is the one who is responsible in decorating the group and manage order among the group members.
Group Service Control Manager
The group service control manager is the group controller, he is not similar to the other admin and it is the creator of the group who appoints anybody in this position. He is the assistant controller of the group, he/she is not under the jurisdiction of the overall director but is directly under the group creator. In case of the group overall director’s absence or the group assistant director’s absence, he is automatically became the group’s officer in charge yet he is still answerable to the group creator. He is also the one who removes the ousted admin and blocks the rule violators after been given disciplinary action, he is also the one who will report to the group creator the result of the due process if the group cannot make a final decision. Even though he became the officer in charge it doesn’t mean that he will receive the privilege which belongs only to the overall director and thee assistant director, yet he/she can be appointed as a proxy to the group creator but with certain limits.
Member Admin
The group member admin, was an ordinary admin officer of the group, he/she can be promoted in any position either by the overall director, assistant director but with the overall director’s approval or the Group Service Control Manager in case of absence of the overall director and assistant director but needs to have their acknowledgement and with the approval of the admin and creator of the group.
Junior Admin
The junior admin is the youngest admin of the group, he is also an admin on training, since he/she is still young. He can also be the group contributor. He can be appointed by any member of the admin. In case he is in the right age, the council of admin officers will decide on what position he/she would be assigned and if he/she is suited and is capable in such position. He is answerable to the group overall director, manager, assistant director and to the group creator.
The following admin positions are still subject to revisions and amendment, it is by the decision of the group admin that these positions would be the official positions for the officers of the group.Eventhough the group is open to all catholics and non-catholics alike, all admin must be catholics, no non-catholic would be accpet to be listed as one of the admin. Non-catholics are free to use the discussion board and the wall but they are not be made as admin. All admin officers should be catholic and is approved by the overall director and group creator.

The Purpose of the Group
This group named, The Roman Catholic Church is also a Persecuted Church is a catholic group which is open to all. It was made in order to show to catholics everything about their Church, this group was made not to attack any belief or any religion, domination or sect whatsoever, but it is created to promote a true Christian brotherhood. It was run and managed by some chosen administrators coming from different walks of life and are all catholics. This is the groups profile

Disciplinary Action
After further deliberation and discussion, the group admin had agreed to establish and implement certain disciplinary actions for those who violate the established group rules and regulations, and therefore in to maintain order and discipline in the group the admin had made some guidelines in giving proper action to these violators, the admin also agreed that these sanctions would be based on the guidelines being given by the Sacred Scripture in order for these sanctions to have a Christian basis and foundation and meaning in implementing it.
"You must obey the governing authorities. Since all government comes from God, the civil authorities were appointed by God, and so anyone who resists authority is rebelling against God's decision, and such an act is bound to be punished."(Romans 13:1-2)
First Gravity of Offense:
If the offender posts in the discussion board and uses insulting, degrading and obscene words, his post will be automatically be removed and he be given warning and reprimand not to do it again.If the person is an admin he will be given notice for doing such an act and his post be automatically removed from the discussion board.
Second Gravity of Offense:
If the offender after being given warning and reprimand still persists in posting posts and uses degrading words and violates the other rules. He will be given due process before two or three group admin and one group member in order to explain the reason in doing such thing. His post will be automatically be removed, he will be under probation and if he still did not take heed, he will be blocked from the group. If he/she is an admin, he will also be given due process and temporarily be under probation and he/she is temporarily been suspended in doing the role of being an admin and be suspended from doing his/her role as an officer of the group. If he/she takes heed and repents sincerely and promised not to do it anymore, he/ she will be restored from the group and if he/she is an admin will again be restored in being an admin and the suspension be lifted.
Third Gravity of Offense
If the offender after being placed under probation and given due process still insists in posting and have violated again the rules and did not take heed from any warning, reprimand, due process and probation. The offender will be banned from using the discussion board or posting anything to it and his account be blocked, his post will also be automatically removed. If he/she is an admin he is not only suspended but will be removed from the list of the admin, he would be banned from posting on the admin blog nor from the group discussion board and his account will also be blocked. If he/she repents and sincerely refutes all his/her wrongdoing, he will be given a second chance from the group, but if he is an admin, he is not immediately be reinstated but will depend on the decision on the admins whether they agree to reinstate him/her from the list of admins or not, if they all cannot unite in their decision, then it is now the group creator to decide on that matter after due discernment. If not that person will be allowed to the use the group but he will not be given again the role of the admin and he will lose the privilege that is intended for the admin.
Fourth Gravity of Offense
This fourth gravity of offense would be graviest being done by a member or an admin to the group. Consulting upon the guidelines being given by the Gospel this part of the disciplinary action would now fall on the decision of the group admins and the group members. The offender if he still persists after being subject to the first three disciplinary actions still persists and did not humble himself before the group will not only be blocked nor be suspended or his/her post automatically be removed but he/she will be removed from the group, but before that following the Gospels of bringing the offender before the Church, the offender will be given the last due process but now not between two or three witnessess but before all the members and admin of the group. They would be the ones to give the verdict. If he/she did not repents and is proven guilty, and did not humble himself, he will be automatically be expelled from the group. Similar to what was written in the Scriptures to treat him/her as a publican.And therefore he/she is not permitted again to join the group. But of course if he/she show some signs of repentance during the due process, like a prodigal son he will be fully be accepted again by the group but it would be upon the decision and descrition already of the whole group to accept him/her to group and it is them who would welcome him/her togther with all the admin like a prodigal sone returning to his father and the father received him/her. That person will receive again all the privileges of being a member but if he/she is a former admin, this is already the exception because he will not be immediately be reinstated to become one of the admin. But it depends upon the decision of the admin and the creator of the group if they have proven the person's sincerity and worthiness to be reinstated in the roster of names of the admins.

-Please refrain from using insulting and obscene words and posting topics, websites and links which may hurt, degrade, or attack a person, groups or any religion whatsoever.
-Please do not post scandalous pictures and videos that might be a cause of sin to others.
-No making of topics that are not related to the theme of the group.
-All questions must be post on the DISCUSSION BOARD not on the WALL.
-Kindly express your opinion, insights,or reactions in a Christian way.
-Use polite words.
-Be friendly and talk nice.
-Officers must keep the order of the group.
-Admin members must visit the group at least once a week.
-The Admin member must do his/her assigned task religiously.
- Those admin who wish to make a vacation or make a an excuse leave must leave a message to the admin overall director, assistant director, OIC or the group creator
and wait for their acceptance and approval.
